Two-Day State Knowledge Exchange Workshop on Solar Rooftop

The USAID funded PACE-D TA Program organised a Two-Day State Knowledge Exchange Workshop on Solar Rooftop on March 15-16, 2018, in Goa. Twenty-one professionals from 10 states participated in the two-day knowledge sharing workshop. Representatives from state nodal agencies, state electricity regulatory commissions and utilities deliberated on emerging issues, challenges and opportunities for solar rooftop and also discussed the role of information technology and communication to scale up solar rooftop in India.

The Unified Solar Rooftop Transaction Portal, developed by the PACE-D TA Program in partnership with the New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited, aims to unite multiple solar rooftop stakeholders and enable transactions between them on a single platform.
