The Founding Director and CEO of Idam Infra, Ajit Pandit, was invited to deliver a presentation on PLEXOS use‑case at Xcelerate in Mumbai. He spoke on ‘State-Specific Least Cost Pathway through 2030’, a study conducted by Idam Infra using PLEXOS to assess the least-cost pathways for power sector investments through 2030 for the states of Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.

The panel, which also included esteemed members from NSEFI ‑ National Solar Energy Federation of India, Sprng Energy, ACME Group, Saatvik Group, BluPine Energy and Jakson Green, discussed emerging technologies such as the internet of things, bigdata analytics, and blockchain, and assessed the challenges that arise during the integration of such technologies into the existing renewable energy infrastructure.
