National Solar Summit – 2018

Ajit Pandit delivered a presentation on “Policy Perspective – Rooftop Solar and RPO Implementation” at the National Solar Summit organised by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 19 April 2018 at PHD House, New Delhi. The objective of this summit was to discuss new and emerging opportunities in the solar power segment and to deliberate on key challenges, technology options and strategies.

In this presentation, he emphasised the importance of IT tools to facilitate policy implementation and demonstrated two key IT tool concepts, namely, Unified Solar Rooftop Transaction Portal (USRTP) and Generic RPO Compliance Solution (RPOCS) Webtool, developed by Idam Infra as a part of USAID PACE-D TA initiative.
