Designation: Communications and Business Support Executive

Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: BMM/BA/MA – English, Journalism, Communication, Political Science, PR/Advt.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Job Profile:

  • Administering all social media accounts of Idam Group and associates
  • Managing all content on company website in a timely manner
  • Designing/planning/ coordinating for company’s newsletter
  • Assisting BD team in digital marketing of company’s products & services
  • Managing marketing / BD drives through various media
  • Development of social media policy for employees and overseeing implementation
  • Support in organizing workshops/events/conferences/ seminars organized by the company
  • Editing and proofreading reports, presentations and rectifying spelling errors, punctuation, grammar as per the defined guidelines to improve readability
  • Research and analyse background information related to report to provide complete and accurate information

Skill Set Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, advanced presentation skills
  • Should be update with the latest digital technologies and social media trend
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Must be a strategic/creative thinker
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding and collaborative environment
  • Capable of meeting deadlines
  • Proofreading skills
  • Should be result-oriented, Self-starter and detail-oriented
