Mr. Balawant Joshi participated as a panelist in the State of Renewable Energy 2019 Conference held on January 21-22, 2019 in New Delhi, organised by the Centre of Science and Environment (CSE). Industry experts, policy makers, developers, regulators, DISCOMs from the sector graced the two-day national conference aimed at bringing together all stakeholders actively involved in the electricity market.
In this conference, Balawant Joshi conversed on the issues with repowering, centralised bidding and the need for state bidding.
